by not stealing BMW badges when taking the car into service.
Not happy at all w/ unethical & dishonest BMW OF EL PASO. Avoid Karina, the Service Advisor, at all costs! I am usually not one to rant, but I was treated so ugly by her the last time I was there. I highly recommend a mechanic by the name of “Kenny” who you can reach at: (915) 282-3946. He is extremely ethical & knowledgeable...so much so that BMW OF EL PASO Service Department has literally ran him off their premises in the past because he’s taken so many of their clients... 🤓👍🏽

I’m not impressed part the service includes a courtesy vacuum and car wash my car was filthy I had to go and pay to clean my car after my service was completed.

i do recommend bmw of el paso but the service i received on 9/21/2018 was pretty bad. The service guy Jorge told me something was wrong with my car its not showing the oil change that was just done so they have to reset or something.I am ok with waiting but they couldnt tell me an actual time so i decided to go home. As i am getting home i get an email from jorge stating my car was ready, so i decided to get an uber and go pick my car but i find out that the email that jorge sent to me was an error and my car was not ready. ... read more

So I took my car in for a simple tire change which I called the day before to make sure they had the tire. I schedule the service at 8am and they said it wouldn’t take more than an hour. When I got there they said it would take a little long and offered a ride home, so five hours past by and at 1 pm I called to find out what was taking so long, the service rep apologized and stated that they no longer had the tire or that the one they had was defective, so she then stated that they could order it which I said it was fine, an... read more
I had issues with my BMW that I recently bought in New Mexico so I took it in for the first time to BMW of El Paso. I have the extended warranty but It turned out to be the battery.....I wasn’t prepared to pay $450 for a battery but I did. What really surprised me was that they damaged the drivers door and left it for me to discover. It was parked very close to a building and when they mechanic exited the vehicle he scratched/dinged the door. Now I have this headache to deal with.....

So, after buying the car and having issues with not getting a call back to get my aircon fixed a day later, I was asked by the Finance Manger Armando if I could remove my negative review - which I did giving these people the benefit of the doubt. I went back in to complete the paperwork Saturday and was told by Armando that he would send me the completed documents and confirmation that they had ordered the missing floor mats.
