Friendly staff, laid back enviroment South Shore Mini has a friendly and helpful staff. Tawana was a wonderful salesperson, she answered any questions that I had and made me feel like she actually cared about what I wanted. I fell in love with the Mini Countryman after my test drive and did not want to lease from any other dealership after meeting the South Shore Mini staff.

Top notch! From the first greeting to the last goodbye the entire staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and the professionalism was top notch. It truly made my entire experience pleasurable. I wish all of my car buying experiences had gone as smooth as this.

Excellent service, wonderful employees Luigi was great to work with, he made the car buying process so easy. He was very patient while we went back and forth regarding our decision and helped guide us through all of the steps involved.

great service Had reoccurring problem with trunk latch during certain freezing weather conditions. CK had noted the problem but it never happened when I brought the car back for service. This time when it happened I immediately brought the car up for CK to look at and he without hesitation took it in and had it repaired as the tech was able to recognize the problem. Loaner car was provided so I had no interruption in my planned appointments for the day. Good job CK
