Clear, Professional Service Experience Matt in service was fantastic, the little dog was fun, the free hot chocolate was tasty, the speed with which my car was evaluated was great, and I valued the clear explanation of issues with my MINI.

First class all the way Beautiful showroom in a convenient location. Fotios my client advisor was very knowledgeable about the 328i xdrive F30 and even gave me a few helpful tips on how to fully enjoy driving the car. I could not be happier with my experience and my new car!

South Shore Mini is the best The Service department staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. A free loaner car is a rarity at most car dealers. The 'Anti Dealer' Car buying experience It was the best car buying experience I ever had...an 'anti-car dealer experience'. I liked the relaxed environment. Luigi was very attentive to both me, and my family. We did a lot of the work by email and were able to match my configuration to an in-stock Clubman. Alex was excellent and made me feel very confident in the purchase and took care of many details behind the scene.
