Great Service Experience The friendliness of the service staff. Their willingness to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Their concern for my vehicle and wanting to make sure they could do everything that was needed.

Very Prompt Service I was helped immediately upon drive-in. Service was completed in the estimated time. Car was vacuumed and washed at no charge.

South Shore BMW Very helpful salesperson - Greg Dolbany. Manager (Avery) also interested in ensuring I had a great experience and got exactly what I was looking for. Finally, at delivery of the car, Patrick did a wonderful job explaining the car features and getting answers to any questions he didn't immediately know.

Friendly service Even though I was completely overwhelmed and upset that my car needed so much work, the person I was dealing with was so kind. He walked me through everything and worked with me to make sure I left with a fixed car and peace of mind. The waiting room was very child friendly as well.
