Servicing my vehicle Matt is super easy to work with. He was Kind, intelligent, patient and understanding. He really went out of his way to help me with my Mini. Everyone in the show room was smiling and approachable. Easy to talk to and knowledgable. Matt was the best.

Great Experience Fotios was patient and very considerate throughout the entire process. From the initial test drive to signing the final paperwork, he made the entire process very smooth and straightforward. South Shore BMW Gallery Service advisor was very detail oriented and thorough. I had a 3rd party warranty on the car. The service advisor made sure all parts and labor were covered...saving me over $5k.!
