Great Service Kept informed, timely service. Car cleaned. Why twenty words? Absolute nonsense in my opinion. I have said enough for this survey.

Great Experience and service. Matt kept me well informed of the repairs and what to expect. I was given a loaner car while my car was being serviced which is a big convenience and the loyalty savings card reduced my bill by over $300 which was great.

Enthusiasts still exist in customer service I think good customer service is strongly lacking these days. In reflection of the brand mini has been building the guys at South Shore Mini couldn't have done a better job detesting thathe statement. I myself am a car guy and do most of my own work. From time to time a situation arises where I need dealer expertise or services. From initial phone discussions, scheduling, talking with guys about my car and cars in general I was very satisfied. Purchasing through servicing --great job Your service department went "the extra mile". I needed transportation from and back to the dealership--they provided it. Had I needed a loaner car I have the sense they would have scheduled my service time accordingly. The check in / check out was quick, professional and all questions were answered. Very impressed with the efficiency and overall quality of customer service

Mini Cooper Dealer Saves New Customer The waiting area of the dealership was amazing I have never been treating to free snacks and beverages while waiting for car service before ! Your techs did an amazing job diagnosing an unusual problem we had with our car that was caused by improper work done by another dealership (not a mini dealer) who sold us our mini as a used vehicle. The help given to us saved us thousands of dollars in repairs if left not properly diagnosed.

Salesman makes the difference Max was probably the best salesperson I could have asked for. He was completely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He actually made the experience fun, instead of the dreaded experience it usually is. Most people equate buying a car with going to the dentist. I first shopped at south Shore Mini, then went to Warwick Mini in RI and ended up walking out and right back to South Shore Mini.

Awesome dealership Loved the entire experience. Couldn't be happier. Sales team was superb. Loved the time with the geek to show me all the bells and whistles on my car too. I'm a very happy owner!!
