"Excellent" The experience was beyond expectations from the call into service until the pick up of vehicle. My husband had open heart surgery that week & I needed to get out of dealership as quickly as possible. They did great!
" above and beyond " The salesman Kelly was great on customer service and is still taking care of some things after sales was complete. every one I talked to seemed to be customer oriented. Making sure I was taken care of. From the sales person to the sales manager. Treatment was so good one day might see about a used BMW SUV for my wife. Of course she would have to approve of it because it would be hers to drive.LOL
"7th car from the same dealer" Great place. Very knowledgeable and friendly personnel. A lot of attention to details. Each time I was getting exactly the car I wanted. I lot of help with arranging European and Performance Center Deliveries. Very good Service department. Definitely recommend BMW of Des Moines to anyone.
"An excellent standard service appointment " My appointment was set at a time most convenient to my schedule and Katlin Kelly my service agent did an excellent job in facilitating my service appointment. The receptionist when I phoned for an appointment and Katlin was off work at that call was able to set the date and time of my appointment which was most helpful.

She is extremely professional, courteous, helpful and, most importantly, knowledgeable. She knows cars and she knows about manual transmissions. She has made excellent recommendations to me concerning the upkeep and maintenance of my 2009 328xi.
"Thanks for the great service" Dennis took care of the issue I had with my alarms and also noticed a service bulletin on the hoses and took care of that. He was helpful and kept me up on the stAtus of the work.
"FIXED RIGHT FIRST TIME!" My vehicle was squealing really bad and had a lack of a/c, when I bought the vehicle I bought a extended warranty and am glad about that. $2800 ticket only cost me $200. Patrick in service is awesome and does quality work. T Van is the man!
