"Polite and quick" Every person was polite and friendly. They told me up front that it would take an hour, loaned me a vehicle and called me promptly at hour and said everything was complete. Smooth in and out.
"Great Sales & Service Experience" We purchased a used Infiniti and had a couple of issues within the first couple of days. I called our excellent sales rep "Ira Booker" and he directed us to a very helpful service manager "Kiera Harris". We were taken care of right away and experienced excellent customer service through the process. Everyone was friendly and helpful and treated us with respect. We will definitely purchase with BMW of DSM again.
