"Fast & Efficient" Polite and fair, as always. Problem was identified quickly and fixed. Loaner car was an extra benefit. (I'm not sure why 25 words are required here.)
"Oil Change and maintenance check" I was very happy with the service that was provided. Very friendly service adviser. Ask how i'd like communications and since I was in a meeting i said text would be great and that worked out well. Courtesy shuttle was helpful
"Simple and enjoyable" I found myself in need of a vehicle as mine broke down beyond reasonable repair cost. I found a vehicle online that I like the looks of. I contacted the dealership and they were very helpful with arranging for me to see the vehicle. They even came and picked me up where I was at in the vehicle I was interested in. "Great buying experience! Love my little Porsche!" I wasn't in the market for a cute little Porsche convertible, however as I drove by there it was! Calling my name.
