"First oil change" I was called to schedule an appointment for my first oil change (I did not have to call). Set up a time and car was brought in and finished in a very quick and efficient manner.
" Very good experience." I was advised to have my car at the dealership by 9:30. When I arrived they were ready to start work on My vehicle. I was promised a loaner to drive but whenI arrived there was no service vehicle for me to use. Dennis Christie andBradley Sodergren were able to find me a loaner. When it became clear that repair work would not be completed by 5pm on the 3rd ofJuly they called to make certain that that I could be without my car until July 5th.?
"Great dealership with great service " Tyler was a pleasure to work with as always and I am really enjoying my new X3. This is the best dealership in town by far, as they provide world class service every time I work with them.
"Car Detail " I worked with Kiera in the morning. I have worked with her in the past and she has always been very professional and genuine. She made sure my car was ready by the end of the day which I really appreciated. I picked up the car from Dennis. He was very personable and had everything ready.
"Excellent customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else. " We had a very intermittent issue with our X5, which would never cause a service light but could be felt while driving. I worked with Dennis Christie in the service department on several occasions to attempt to locate the problem and took one of the service team members on a drive to attempt to locate the problem. "Joy and Happiness" When I went to BMW I knew from past experience I was going to be pleased. The staff there is very knowledgeable about their position. They care about you and your concerns. They answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way. I so much appreciated the way I was treated by the customer salesperson.
"Tony helped me secure the car of my dreams!" I found the car of my dreams on line at BMW of Des Moines. I was so excited that I couldn't calm down, I needed to secure it and make it mine! The car was in the shop and was not available to test drive or see. After a sleepless night, I got in touch with Tony, he went out of his way to give me a special sneak peek at this little gem while it was in the shop and then helped me to secure it with a down payment.
