"Great overall experience!" Kiera (sp) helped set up my appointment to have a new key fob programmed. While I was waiting, she kept me informed of where my vehicle was in the process. Then she had a customer arrive the was somewhat of a "high maintenance" customer in my eyes. She handled him with grace and tried to get the answers to many different and changing questions answered. "Service communication" Mark went to lengths to ensure I was advised of service needs- both immediate ones and those which could reasonably wait until next service interval.

"Outstanding service experience. " In addition to performing regular maintenance on my BMW 550i, the technicians identified some warranty items that had they not been detected would have potentially resulted in the need for untimely roadside assistance. Excellent work!
