Found the CPO BMW 328ix we were looking for through BMW USA website at the Des Moines dealership. Price was unbelievable. Called the dealership and spoke with Tom who "put hands on the car" to make sure it was still on the lot, took a down payment to hold it, and told me Jason L. would be calling the next day to make arrangements. The service staff and BMW of Des Moines are friendly and very helpful. They have an awesome facility and it made waiting for my BMW service so much better. The professional level of service that I received was great and I was on my way in about an hour.
