I purchased a new BMW from Alessandro schirone, the salesman was great to work with and spent extra time answering all of the many question I had.
Alessandro was extremely friendly, he gave me a great deal for my BMW, and he showed me all the features of the vehicle. I was very happy with my purchase and I will go to Alessandro every time I get a BMW. I really appreciate the price he gave me and he was very help full because if not I would not have gotten the 5 series I currently have, thank you very much Alessandro!
I would highly recommend sales associate Alessandro Schirone. I purchased a new BMW and he really took the time with me to explain the features and options. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He obviously has a passion for the product even he got me a great deal.
I recently purchased a new 4series and had a wonderful experience working with the sales associate Connor. He was very attentive and had great attention to detail. Throughout the process he was also very knowledgeable and helped answer all the questions I had. I scheduled service with BMW of Des Moines. They stated that it was caused by a repair facility that changed my oil a couple days prior. I’m sure the dealership is ok but Ira Booker and their manager Waye Terry are absolute amateurs. The manager even said, and I quote “that means nothing to me”. "Will not resolve an issue they caused" My kids gave me a Gold Detail package for my birthday so I set the appt for August 28th,2019. I arranged to leave my car at the dealership while we were on vacation. I dropped it off and they had a week to work it in their schedule whenever it was convenient for them.
