Two years ago, for the first time i purchased a new car. I was so disappointed,the car had many issues. In the past i have always purchased used cars and had no problems. I mentioned my disappointment to Jay who is the manager at Tully in Manchester NH. He made sure this matter was taken care of. Now with my new vehicle i am so pleased, as a matter of fact I am madly in LOVE with my new car, and very impressed with the customer service I encountered at Tully. Jim Beal did a fantastic job from the time we made our first on line inquiry, to researching options, to helping us with special purchasing terms. After the deal was made he kept us well informed as to the special order's progress and helped insure delivery completely as promised. He then very patiently instructed us on all the new cars features. I would highly recommend Tully and Jim to any potential buyer.
Steve Hammond was great- very courteous and helpful. He spent a great deal of time going over all the "bells and whistles" of the new vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Steve, and I will dedfinitely go back to him when it's time to order #3. He really is an asset to the dealership. Initially the physical presense of the facility is impressive. The driveway flanked with new and used BMW's is a sight to behold . Once you enter the showroom you are cordially greeted and directed to your salesperson. Leo DeBrum is very knowledgeable of BMW's and the entire product line. He took the time to ascertain my needs and desires and made suggestions for color combinations and option packages. Our experience was very good. The dealer had a vehicle in-stock (was able to study this in advance on their website) that met our interest and we were able to come to a fair price. I am not intereseted in a lengthy, annoying negotiation game and did not find this to be the case here. Our salesman Steve was very accomodating in demonstrating the vehicle and allowing my wife and I to appreciate the features on our own. The preparation and delivery occured the same day. I went to Tulley for some repairs, i was unhappy about how long it to complete my car but i understand there could have been more damage then expected still wish it didn't take so long. I got my car back with a few new scratchs on it but after i contacted them they took me in with no problem and fixed it all. I respect the tulley dealership for the way they handled the problem because no matter where you go there is a chance for something to happen and not all dealerships will be so understanding and fix it.
Couldn't thank them enough for an exceptional service! We felt @ home right away, they made our first BMW purchase a very pleasant and hassle free one! Every dealership should take a page from them, they are the benchmark for excellence!
