Great experience from beginning to end. Nick provided me with a very competitive quote on the vehicle of my choice - BMW X3 2011. He was helpful and friendly, answered all my questions starting from car options to chose and ending with questions around the X3 factory ordering and build process. This has been my first experience in buying a used vehicle. Working with Nick was very easy. We had a good conversation regarding the vehicles and the options that I would be interested in. He listened to what I was looking for and presented vehicles that met those criteria. Communication was frequent enough to keep me informed and to stay in touch. I can't say enough positive things about Tulley BMW in Nashua. In the simplest of terms, if you want to buy a new or used car without the hassle or typical games from salesmen, go to Tulley in Nashua. They worked just far to get my business as they do to keep it after the fact. A+ as far as I'm concerned! I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I have owned or leased BMWs from Tullleu for over 10 years. I always felt that I was treated fairly during each sales ezxperience. The sales staff is highly professinal and will work with you (w/o rushing you). The service department is superb. They know BMWs and do highly professional work. THeir quality is excellent and on time. They even took me unschedule when I had a problem needing fixing ASAP. This was the second BMW I bought at the Tulley dealership. The reason I went back a second time is because I had a great experience with the first car. Nick Porriello is by far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in buying a new car. His overall professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere concern with customer satisfaction are absolutely top-notch. I would not hesitate to go back to him in the future, and would heartily recommend him to anyone considering buying a new car/BMW.
