My experience with Tulley BMW has been fantastic. I first went in looking for a used BMW M3. Leo DeBrum offered his help with trying to find this specific model (M3s are not easy to find). Janie was very helpful with the lease of my new BMW and the return of my old one at lease end. He was prompt with status updates and was very helpful in coordinating all the activities associated with swapping the cars. he was also instrumental in negotiating the new lease.

My second vehicle from Tulley BMW, My salesman Frank Chafe is superb! it is a pleasure dealing with him in all respects.. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things BMW. The new vehicle was in perfect condition at delivery with all paperwork in order. At closing the assistance of Dave Gott also was excellent.. Highly reccomend - lots of time spent with customer - dealershi[p clean, well presented, lots of vehilces to look at/drive...price reasonable (although as a consumer you always want to bet the best price ever....nothing new there!) I have been a Tulley fan for 7 years or more. My purpose for this visit was to buy a new car. I have worked with Frank in the past and was very pleased to learn he was still on their sales staff. The experience there is a very relaxed no pressure approach to car sales, no up selling as they call it. Frank was very helpful in helping me. Working with Tulley BMW can hardly be classified as "work". They work so hard, going above and beyond, that it made the whole process very easy and quite enjoyable!! I picked Tulley because of their reputation of having a tremendous customer centric approach. I can now attest that they live up to their reputation. This is important to me, as I find comfort knowing that when/if I need service on my car, they will once again go above and beyond to meet my needs.
The purchasing process at Tulley BMW was a breath of fresh air...a totally different experience from any previous auto dealership.
