BMW of Glendale aka Downtown Denver After I paid with another Service Adviser (Since mine was at lunch) she didn't even bother to get my car and i had to sit around for 30+ minutes until my adviser came back from lunch. Also this is the 2nd time that the car wash was not working, so I got into a HOT 90+ Outside and Dirty Car!! NOT a Good Experience at all!!
Murray Motors BMW Service I gave my cell phone # to text when car was ready, instead my husband's cell phone was texted. When I picked up my car, it appeared there were many associates who could assist me but it took a while to get help. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my car to be delivered to me. Overall poor service.
Nice place with unexperienced staff. This is my 3rd BMW and the most complicated lease process , my biggest concern was the lease price which changed from $197 to $327, i was quoted 197 dollars at first and when i was closing the deal the next day i was told there was a mistake and the actual monthly payment is 327 dollars!!!! i was going to get few more i3s for my staff but i don't think this dealership would earn that business.
online sales Got an email from the head of online sales. The email address you supposedly use to correspond with him doesn't work. Great! Spent 2 hours looking at an X5 M online and then called to talk about price after sending an email to some woman asking about he car. She had no record of the email so didn't know who I was; she couldn't call up the car on the computer and then she told me the car I was interested in had been ordered for another customer and was sold. Horrible Customer Service Absolutely horrible customer service. They treat you like a number...no attention to detail what so ever
Really poor customer service These folks will happily sell you are car, but service is horrid. They have a superiority complex that is difficult to take. Although I am in the process of buying a new car, the next one will not be a BMW because of the service at this dealership.
Terrible Service Absolutely no service. They will not take any kind of offfer whatsoever. Chat agent Cathy didn't do much to help. Their manager apparently doesn't care.
service visit Had a battery problem; had to come back a second time within 45 minutes but the work was then done beautifully and quickly. Called at 2 p.m. about battery - no call back until 6 p.m. - a little slow; meanwhile, I had taken the car in and the work was done.
Well Treated - but Pricey Intermittent headlights on left diagnosed as bulbs going out - $650 Radiator hose - $350 Couple of other items - Total bill - $1,800
