Awful customer service I do not recommend buying any cars from this dealership. I got very condescending vibes from this place. I also got maintenance from here and the service was garbage.

Below Avg Service BMW Denver Downtown Service Department has the worst customer service in the industry. I called earlier in the week to scheduled a 9am service for my vehicle on Saturday. I told the scheduling rep I was commuting from Boulder for service and would need a loaner car during service so I would be able to run errands. Worst car buying experience and no follow up Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They messed up the first contract, sent a courier to my employer 2 weeks after I left the dealership and lost that contract. Only found out when I attempted to make my first payment- a week prior to it being due. Multiple calls to dealership to remedy the situation weren’t returned. Poor care Brought my car in for service, I have a GPS tracker that not only lets me know where the car is but how fast it went, harsh braking and warns about rapid accelerations etc. The times that the car was driven it had numerous rapid accelerations in a short distance as well as speeding. They obviously don't drive the customers car with care.

Recall 16-071 Rec'd call stating that airbag was in and ready to be installed. Scheduled an appt(11:00am 8-31-17) and took the morning off from work. Arrived at 10:45 for service. ( keep in mind I live in Brighton) Tech came out at 11:45 to inform me that he does not have the part. Per invoice Brandon confirmed that part had arrived on 8-25-17.
Attention to Detail Lacking I bought a 2014 550 from BMW of Denver Downtown. A few days after buying it, found they had not done, or at least logged, an oil change before I took possession of the car. They did the oil change, but I had to bring it back and wait hours. Had my car in for oil change, first service When I made the appointment I was told an oil change would take 90 minutes. 6 hours later my car was ready....!!! Not good

No good Picked up my car on Friday after it was in the shop for days fixing an oil problem that should've been fixed two years ago when it was there ( two years ago they swore there was nothing wrong with it, but i continued to have to add a quart of oil every few hundred miles for the past two years ). I took the car home straight to my garage. The next time I drove it (Sunday) I noticed a significant dent in the left front body above the tire.
