"An excellent experience" I was dropping off my car for a recall, and was not expecting great service for that reason, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was met with Stefanie, she quickly took down my information and got me on my way with a loaner vehicle. She texted me when my car was going through the wash and let me know it was ready. She really made the experience easy and painless.
