"Ferman BMW great to deal with." Went in for low tire pressure. They found nail and tire needed replacing. As it was late in day was provided with ride home. Car was ready when promised. Car had even been washed.

"Great service " Car had already been checked out for excessive battery usage. Douglas was great. Found out and showed me it was the battery. Battery in car and fob replaced. Staff very professional.

"Awesome experience!" I went in for service and left with a new X1. I explained to Gary (my fabulous sales person) that I needed something more practical even though I only had my 440 for a year. A couple of hours later I drove home in my new car. It was just so easy

"Fantastic " I could not have asked for better service. All employees were very professional. Our sales person Steve sold us a 530 I several years ago. "Fast, friendly, pleasantly treated" I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived there, you would have thought I was the only one that had scheduled service until you went into the waiting area and saw several people already there. I had personal service and offered a car to go get breakfast while they performed my service. I did accept and returned after about an hour to accept the return of my vehicle that had the oil changed, wipers replaced and tire pressure light off. Car was washed and ready to go. Ve... read more
