"Good Buying Experience" Alex, my dealer sales agent, was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd experience purchasing a car from Alex and I would characterize both as a “Very Good Experience”. I was able to negotiate an acceptable purchase price. The only surprise was associated with my trade-in, where the dealership reduced my trade-in value by 5.5% with questionable justification. Overall a very good buying experience.

"New car purchase" The Ferman Team continues to excel in professionalism, customer service and overall friendliness in all departments that I have interacted with. My Sales advisor, Steven Venden, has sold me 4 cars to date and each experience has been more enjoyable than the last. My service advisor, Nick Hawk, has been outstanding as well.

"Service Review- Pete DeNunzio for 2018 540i" Your service team was once again superb. I came in to drop off the car, had a loaner waiting for me, and was back to work in 20 minutes. The work was completed within a few hours and I had my car back the same day. Only put 17 miles on the loaner.

"Best car purchasing experience I have had to date. " Generally speaking I dread the car buying process as its historically been a nightmare process of being “Yes’d” over and over to only get a bait and switch or lack of transparency in the details fo the deal until its time to sign.
