"Superior Sales and Customer Service!" We are extremely happy with our entire experience with purchasing our new vehicle. Robert was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to take care of us in getting me in the perfect vehicle. From start to finish including the Genius who took care of all the little details and finance who spent a lot of time making sure we got the best numbers possible. We will definitely be back for our future vehicle purchases.

"Great experience " I had no intention of buying a car today,just wanted to get some information and buy a car in about 2 months. But after working with Brian Gains who was amazingly patient, he made me feel at ease and got me a great deal. It's my first BMW!! A great choice for my growing family. "Great car buying experience " Great experience all around. From Bob the GM to Karl in the sales manager, and finally to Dan in sales, who went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our new car experience. I’m a pretty tough guy to deal with when it comes to car negotiation and my wife is pretty picky about her car, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure were satisfied with our purchase. "Best buying experience" Best buying experience, I've never thought I'd switch from driving Mercedes to BMW, but working with Robert made it happen, what a great and professional salesman, he went above and beyond my expectations, and because of him I did not buy one car I bought two in less than 2 months, my wife and I love our new cars, my 440i and her X5, this dealership has it all, outstanding customer service, they will do anything to make you happy, I had already recommended them to all my family and friends

"Best People in the Bay area!" I live in downtown Tampa and ended up making the drive over to Palm Harbor - Ferman BMW - as i was sick and tired of getting the run around at the other local dealerships.
