"Great place to buy a vehicle from!" Ferman BMW is by far the best dealership in the area. Steve Venden knows every product inside and out and informs the buyers on the pros and cons of each model/equipment option honestly. The rest of the team at Ferman is friendly, warm and welcoming.

"Average at best" The people were friendly and accommodating. No issue with that process. However the car itself was not very clean inside. And although may seem small, it also only had about a half tank of gas on delivery.

"Quick, easy, painless. Very professional staff." I never worry about Ferman staff’s motives. Always looking out for my interest and safety. Waiting area is clean and I enjoyed the bagel and coffee. You all even washed my call and all I had done was a right halo bulb replaced. Outstanding! Thank you Jimmy.
