"Always nice and friendly " Always friendly and they leave my car nice and clean everytime I leave . "Persistent check engine light" Its challenging to repair electrical gremlins sometimes so I had to be patient for a week but their persistence and professionalism paid off. Love my car and the Ferman service department.

"Michael Hughes is Highly Responsive" Really great experience. I called Michael to see if he could help me find a car with the colors/features I wanted. The combination wasn't an easy assignment. Michael FaceTimed me and virtually walked me around the lot. Genius! After we found the car we wanted, Michael followed up with us to make sure all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
