"Great team that will get it done!" The Ferman team recently took care of me as I neared the end of my lease. Both Mary and Kenny were great we’re great to work with. Communication was quick and clear, they were knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process, and we landed on a fair deal for a new vehicle. Toby handled my inspection which was quick and easy. "Passed 3 other dealers to work with Jack Rowland. " I had 3 dealers contact me when I let Mini know I was interested in a new car. Jack Rowland was the most knowledgeable and kept me updated on any cars that were headed to the area that had what I wanted. I drove 2 hours passing several other dealers to work with Jack. Great experience and I love my cat!

"Outstanding customer service " I purchased my 2010 328i at Ferman BMW in 2013. Keeping up with the scheduled maintenance has my BMW looking good and running like a new BMW. The customer service has always been too notch. I can only think of one situation where something wasn't thoroughly explained to me. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

"Responsive Service" Correct problem analysis and timely repair.. Service orientated .Nick is good in his job and knows how to identify with a customer. No.further comments. The Management request to solicit customer comments with a minimum of words is dead wrong and can lead to comments of lacking precise value.

"Best car buying experience ever!" Dan made the car buying experience a pleasure! He was patient, informative and very professional, not to mention one of the friendliest guys at the dealership! Not that they're all not great, Dan just stands out! The experience was so good, that I took my girlfriend back the next day and she bought her dream car! Jared was also amazing!
