"Excellent all around" This is our 3rd new car from Ferman BMW and they have been excellent all around every time. Our salesman, Steve Venden, is extremely knowledgeable about all BMW's and the competing brands and helped us make a decision about which vehicle and options would work for us now and in the future as our family grows again. "Used car purchase" Dan was great! Came in on his day off. My husband had purchased a car from him the previous day and was so impressed by the customer service that he brought me in. Even though buying a car can be a long and arduous event, Dan made us comfortable and helped every step of the way.
