I loved the whole experience from my sales person (Brian Gains) to the financing process, to the expert who showed me all gadgets and how to use them. All first class experts, customer focused, and friendly. This was the 4th BMW I have purchased at Ferman and every experience was better than the last. If I buy another car it will be with Ferman, Brian, and it will be a BMW. A happy customer.
I would like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of both individuals I dealt with today. They both showed a desire to be as helpful as possible to accommodate me in any way, from getting the price I was comfortable with to finding the financing I was agreeable to. Alex Wolf at Firman BMW in Tampa was there trough the entire process. And just as a sales man but as an actual friend. He pointed the good and the bad which helped me to make an informative decision while I was searching for the right vehicle!
I saw the Jeep in Ryan’s post on Facebook and instantly fell in love! I messaged him about it and 12 hrs later I was driving home with it! Ryan was professional, laid back and not your typical pushy car guy. He made us feel comfortable and over all it was a great experience! Also the financial manager at the end was wonderful too! Would 100% go to them again and recommend them to all!!

I had a great experience at Ferman. After talking with Phil Bennis on the phone, I drove 541 miles to purchase a 650i convertible. Beautiful car ! I received a fair price on my trade in.
