We weren't able to find the car we wanted right away but Kenny stayed on the ball always checking in with us constantly and finally found us the car we had been searching for. He has a very professional and fun personality and made the whole experience one to remember. We WILL be buying ALL of our future cars from Kenny and only Kenny. Ryan was super helpful in finding me a great vehicle in my price range. My Volvo XC60 is Just what I wanted! Joe in the finance office was very patient and answered all of my questions.
Best Service Department in town.... Nick should be the model for all service advisors at any dealership. Have also purchased two vehicles here, and both experiences were extremely positive and efficient.
This is my first BMW experience and it was hands-down the best auto dealer experience I’ve had. I have always owned Mercedes in the past, and the people and the service and the experience were nowhere in comparison to Ferman BMW. Toby was my genius instructor, and he was fabulous and shared everything clearly and thoroughly. I am so happy to be a BMW owner for life!
All of the personnel that I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and professional. I have never had a problem with the service at Ferman BMW.
