I contacted this dealership, along with every other dealership in Florida searching for the right car for my wife. I located a vehicle here that my wife really liked. Steve Venden helped me through a difficult time and I drove away in a beautiful new BMW. He was on my team the whole way. It's hard to find someone who will be a partner for the customer when times are tough. His success is based on trust, fairness, effort, and relationships. Ferman BMW made purchasing the CPO 2016 M4...my "Dream Car" such a pleasurable experience.
