Excellent customer service! Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly while explaining the new features of my car. I think it’s a great idea for BMW to have this service for their customers! The auto buying process has always been a bittersweet experience in the past. With that being said, I couldn’t be happier with my most recent experience at Ferman BMW. This was a great car purchasing experience from start to finish. Manolo Santos patiently and professionally worked with me over a two month period to arrange the purchase of my new Mini Cooper Countryman. There was never a point that I felt pressured to proceed more quickly or to make a purchase before I was ready. We came in to test drive one, to replace our old van. My husband ends up trading in his 370 z and taking one off the lot, while I order one for myself.
My man mr. Manolo santos was very familiar with all the mini’s . It was a quick deal. I was out the door in about 2 hours with a great test drive. This place is great!!!! 6-stars for Manolo .
