We apprehensively entered Ferman expecting the old pitch and hand off strategy where pressure to buy escalates to a feverish pitch as ever increasingly self important employees attempt to make the sale. Not so at Ferman. We met Gary and he was committed to meeting our needs, with or without a sale. He stayed our guy throughout the process and treated us as human beings, not as cash cows. We bought and we’ll come back.

I was looking for a specific car to meet the requirements for my company’s reimbursement policy. These guys had several models that would work but once we found the perfect car I was in and out in less than an hour. Sales and the finance office worked seamlessly together and I never waited for any part of the process.

Kenny was great in the sales process and knew the vehicle inside and out. I spent a significant amount of time at the dealership and there was not one point where I felt like I was being pressured into buying the car.
I scheduled an appointment to discuss purchase and with a few follow-up emails over a couple days we were able to reach an agreement. Everyone with whom I communicated was extremely professional and courteous.
