This is the second car we have purchased from Mark Bellew at the Jupiter location. Normally we compare buying a car to something like a visit to a proctologist. We had purchased from Steven in the past and really only wanted to do business with him. The purpose of the visit was to check inventory on a certified 535i and we ended up getting a respectable deal on a 2011 535i so it was a positive experience all around. Steven certainly aims to make sure his customers are pleased with their experience.
Mark worked extremely hard to make this new lease work. He followed thru where others accepted the answer "not at this time". Consequently, we were able to put it together.
Paul was attentive, honest fair and communicated very well. The car was in PERFECT CONDITION. Paul knew the car, the line, the extras, and the warranty options very very well.
