My experience at Jupiter Braman could not have been better. The people were warm, helpful and patient. I am so very happy with my BMW!
Steven Lee was very professional and extremely polite. His knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Mr. Lee spent many hours with me and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He also continued to keep in contact with me prior to the sale and after. He truly cares about his job and his client.

I had the choice to purchase a BMW from two dealerships. Both were about the same distance to my residence and the price was comparable so my decision to purchase from Braman was totally due to their exceptional customer service in explaining all the car options to me. Paul and Jim were very friendly and gave us a great deal of time. Paul went out of his way to show me the details of the electronis and set up my bluetooth. Jim gave us a fabulous deal and we ended up buying a new car instead of the use X3 I came in to look at.
Steve was great as was the dealership, the only hiccup was the price of the vehicle: It was an uncommon vehicle and they held all the cards if I had been certain I wanted it so I did not get a "deal." I did however get the car I wanted and other than negotiations the process was flawless.
We were looking for a new 2011 BMW X3 and the people we dealt with at Braman were excellent! They were all very professional and attentive to our needs. Our experience on the day we picked up our new X3 was exceptional and we are very happy with our new car.
