On Fri. of last week I went to Vista Motor in Pompano and met Jim O'Donnell, a new associate. It was obvious he knew nothing about the car and I asked to see someone more experienced, so talked to Norman Bailey. To be blunt, he was kind of pompous but seemed to know the car. He pushed hard to sell me the only one they had on the lot. It had too much on it and I said I was thinking of ordering one from the factory. I am seriously ill and needed a bmw with a host of convenience packages on it. Other dealerships were not responsive perhaps because i drove a crummy car to begin with. But i had cash to buy. Braman Jupiter responded immediately to my request broughr two cars to my home. They looked for a preowned which had what i was looking for. Salesman Chad Raymond was a pleasure to do business with. And after the sale, when it would be easy to blow off a customer's pesky requests, he responded immediately. Thank you! Susan

Some of the sales tactics used were a bit "old school." For instance, I was informed that the car in which I showed an interest was to be shown the following morning to someone else who had made an appointment to see it. I was also informed that the final price had been lowered, but that I had to make a decision soon or the car would be sold at auction. I live in WPB and I drove to Jupiter to look at a specific BMW they had but unfortunately it was sold the day prior. But Cathryn and Steven were able to find one at another dealer and went through the process to find me what I wanted and came though.
