All BMW People we dealt with were friendly and coureous. Steven and Michael were honest and sincere in responding to our requirements and requests. All our questions were answered simply and completely.We were treated professionally with sincerety which was greater than we had expected. I have purchased countless cars over the past 37 years and leased my first BMW this past Sunday. Steven Lee is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with period. Steven also came back to the store after he had left for the day to make sure that all went well. Braman BMW Jupiter was like no other dealer. We were greeted warmly, but not in a pushy manner. I was looking for a particular model and there were several available (unlike other dealers with limited stock). Dan is knowledgeable and personable. The Braman sales people are all excellent at what they do and make you feel special the whole time you are there. However, I have come back to Braman because of my sales person Steven Lee. He truely is the best. He goes out of his way for all his customers but makes me feel like I am his favorite - shouldn't all salesmen have that spark to make you feel like you are number one. My husband and I purchased a 2007 335i from Braman. The purchase was smooth and Steven Lee went above and beyond in customer service. After the purchase we started to have some problems with the car and ended up being frustrated with the whole service end.
