The whole team at Braman Jupiter is beyond super! Jimmy K, Cathryn and Mike were patient, kind and very supportive on so many levels during the entire buying process. While I hope NOT to buy a car again any time soon, I would from Braman Jupiter in an heartbeat!!
This sale process began late in the day and latest until 10:30. It was Joe's birthday and he was still patient...taking me to test drive several very different vehicles and directing me through the differences in performance and options. He made me feel that I was his priority for that time and was attentive to my expectations of the sale. In the end, I felt confident in the deal that we put together.
Steven Lee was very friendly and helpful. Got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. Wasn't too pushy and was upfront about everything. He made sure I left very happy. The car had a buzzing sound in the windshield so he took it in for service, gave me a different new bmw, drove the car to me the following day. Very good customer service and knowledge of the car. Provided a great first time BMW experience.
It was the best experience I have had purchasing a used car with a trade in. Steve did is homework on all fronts and I felt very confident in his abilities and trusted his word. I am a loyal BMW customer but with Steve there to represent my interests, I fell even better.
Steven Lee was very professional and thorough during the entire sales process as were the others that I dealt with at Braman Motorcars. I have come to expect this quality of service in this being my 5th BMW purchase. I would highly recommend both Mr. Lee and this dealership to friends and family.
I reached out to several dealerships when looking for a BMW out of state. The team at Braman was by far the most coordinated and responsive as I went through the process. Cathryn was incredibly responsive and professional in handling my initial inquiry. Mark picked me up from the airport on time, had all my paperwork ready when I arrived and had me in and out of the dealership in an hour. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for an extremely clean, appropriately priced, luxury vehicle.
Its an Awesome Experience being at Braman Jupiter. I stay in BOCA RATON and have been to several BMW dealers like one in coconut creek vista bmw, pompano vista bmw, braman miami, braman westpalm beach, ft.lauredel bmw and also other car dealers like carmax, offlease.
