My first visit was in November and went poorly , dealing with a junior salesman. I was close to buying a new MB when Cathryn emailed me and did such a great job representing Braman , I had to giver her a chance. She introduced George and Mike to me and they did the rest to get me in a new BMW. Cathryn is 'Internet Client Advisor'. I found the vehicle I was looking for on the Dealership's website. The pricing was very competitive and the details about the vehicle were quite complete. Having a link to see the CarFax report was vital. I completed the "Contact this Dealership" form and submitted it on a Sunday afternoon. I had a return call from Cathryn Monday morning. "I had my 2nd bad experience at this dealership, if you..." I had my 2nd bad experience at this dealership, if you are buying certif preowned car make sure you bring your mechanic with you! I will never ever go back there, the service manager was very unhelpful and she did not show any vehicle or service knowledge. I would not recommend this dealership!

Steven, my salesman, was very good. He was thorough, honest and genuinely wanted to work with me. My breaking point, however, was when I sat down to do the paperwork with Marlin, the finance guy, who THEN tried to upsell some very important insurance packages. Prior to my sitting down in his office, Steven, Bryan and I had reached a deal and Marlin almost blew it to smithereens! That business practice is BARBARIC! Mark Bellew was extremely friendly and useful. Financial side: Very disappointing. Since I am a Canadian and do not have the US credit rating I was not able to lease the car even though the same agency does Canadian and US credit rating. I would recommend the dealership to my US friends and advise Canadians that they will have to pay cash if they want to deal with you and can not lease your car.
