I was unaware of a couple of fees..695 for traded car and processing fee...Steve was very accommodating and helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy showing us the different cars and the specific characteristics of each. Catherine was very attentive to my needs and very supportive of my concerns which I appreciated. Mike was available for trade discussion and Marlin was very helpful in processing my personal loan papers. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

I first met with Steven at the store in West Palm Beach and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Upon subsequent calls / visits with Braman in West Palm Beach I was told he was in the Jupiter store. Since I had first met with Steven and I was very comfortable in my prior visit with him, I did make a couple of trips up to Jupiter to look for a vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life-Steven was wonderful and very patient with me- I really pushed his patience to the limit and he never got the least bit frazzled- and I test drove almost every car on the lot! I am recommending this dealership to my friends in New Jersey, and they are already planning a trip to Florida just to purchase a car. Steven Lee displayed tremendous professionalism. He tried very hard to find the vehicle that fit our needs. He was vey patient and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the vehicle. if you are looking to buy a bmw, do yourself a favor and ask only to deal with steven.he not only made this whole process very easy but also got me the best deal i could possibly get.he was very patient with me and let me test drive 10 different cars until we together found the right one with the right options.he is very knowledgeable about cars and made my car buying experience very pleasurable.he is a great asset to the braman family and i highly recommend him.
