My experience the first time I leased a vehicle 3 years ago can in no way compare to the support and friendliness I received when re-leasing on 12-30-2013. Danielle was a pleasure to work with. I picked up my 535xi on December 31, 2013 and everything that we discussed and she promised was delivered. She was able to locate me the color scheme (interior/exterior) that I preferred, even though it was not on the lot. All the paperwork was completed upon my arrival at the dealership and I was in and out to pick up my vehicle efficiently, which for me is always a huge thing. I recently leased a BMW X3, and worked with Guiseppi Cofone, who was great to work with. My wife and I had several challenges for the dealership to deal with including our hectic family schedule, my frequent travel schedule, cost concerns and the fact that we had never driven luxury brand vehicles before. My lease on a 328Xi was coming to a close in March of 2014, and I stopped by the dealer on Thursday afternoon, December 26 to explore my options. I was introduced to Christian as my sales advisor, and he very clearly and concisely communicated my options including terminating the lease now, or waiting until the end of the lease. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me reach a decision on the best car for me. As to price, we wasted little time haggling and got to the bottom line rather quickly. He followed up after the purchase to be sure I was satisfied not only with the car but also with his assistance. A good overall experience.

I had a great experience in my new car! Christian was tremendously helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the whole experience. He was very accommodating, friendly and kind and even followed up with me after the purchase to double check with me to make sure I was happy with my new car and had all my questions answered. I will definitely look for him when it's time for another new car!

Christian was very helpful on our visit . He was friendly, knowledgable and stayed very late to help show us the vehicle - even providing his personal phone number should we have any problems.
