"Service on a higher level" I have dealt with BMW of Bloomfield for a few years now and they are without a doubt my favorite dealership. Staff is friendly, helpful. respectful, and accommodating to whatever my needs are. For as long as I live in the area, BMW of Bloomfield will be my go-to dealership.

"Bloomfield BMW Service" My vehicle needed service this past week and I didn't have time to wait. So I spoke to Dave from service he said that it wouldn't be a problem. He had arranged a loaner vehicle for me and when I arrived everything was set and I was on my way to my meeting. David knows the true meaning of customer experience and made my visit a pleasant experience. I would recommend getting your vehicle serviced at BMW of Bloomfield.
"Great " Ahron Silvestri was great as always. Maintenance service provide was more than expected and very thorough. They even provided maintenance on issues I didn't even mention or knew about. Over all service was awesome!
"My service advisor Gina Todisco was awesome. " My service advisor was attentive to my complaints. She was very accommodating when I had to make a decision for a costly repair. I. Was happy to see the professional service advisor and competent technicians complete the necessary repair with my limited budget in mind . Their loaner car service was top rate. I will be happy to continue relationships with this dealership for my future automotive needs.
"Scheduled service" My car was scheduled for service and I was greeted promptly, met with my wonderful service rep Hilario and given an estimate of the work to be performed. I waited a short period for a Lyft ride home. I knew I needed new tires and was contacted with an estimate and the work was completed timely. I was picked up as scheduled and on my way.
"Good service" Being a BMW owner, I seek reliability, affordability and prompt services with easy access to service dept. I am very satisfied with services provided to me. Appreciated.
"worth the wait" Ahron was very thorough. I waited which a bit longer than expected but was worth waiting for....no food left in waiting room but not important. Took case of me in professional manner as expected.
"Absolutely awesome!!" I live in Brooklyn, NY and i go all the way to Bloomfield because their service is impeccable. They take complains and customer satisfaction extremely seriously and are very accommodating.
