"Fast Service" The service was fast and even though mixed up my appointment date they took care of me. Not happy with the tires of BMW. This my second vehicle and same issue with tires. Nails gets into the tires easily compare to other vehicles we have at home. This makes the whole experience if driving a BMW very negative. It's time for us to trade in, this experience is forcing to have 2nd thoughts on owning another BMW.
"Good service" The customer service and quality work is the best, the time use for service is very short, The people working there are very friendly, always you find bagels and coffee.
"Always look out for customer interest" Corey saved me thousands in repair cost. My car was 3000 miles over the warranty period. Corey fought to get BMW paid for 85% of the repair cost.

"Great Service" When i arrived at the service department i was greeted by very friendly people, i then met with Gina who went through everything with me. She was very knowledgeable and honest. The problem with my car was discovered immediately and fixed. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.
"Excellent Sales and Service" Excellent sales & service provided when my BMW tire blew out on Garden State Parkway on Labor Day. Both Henry and Gina were a great help !

"Excellent Service great staff" I did my oil change in Bloomfield bmw dealer the service was excellent. David Ferreira gave me the best customer service. He took the time to explain me everything that the car need it. He is a valuable worker to have. I seen other workers but not like david.
"Review" I visited the service for the same two reasons I visited BMW a couple of months ago: a) rear tire losing air and b) light of the engine on. I hope this time the problem is resolved. I put 5/5 in all aspects except quality of work for this reason. Ahron was excellent.
