"Engine Oil Svc" Vehicle status alert came on while traveling to an appointment - I called BMW-Bloomfkeld and they advised coming in to center and have one of the techs add the quart needed. I came, they added the oil and I made an appointment to have my car serviced before the winter. I waited for my oil service which was not a long wait. Was given a summary of my car, what was done, needed and I was on my way.
"Great sales person " David is the name of the sales person , he helped us a lot and was so honest with us and tried hard to find the best offers
"Service" David Ferreira is always professional and friendly. I have only dealt with this dealership and I am satisfied with your professionalism and competence. I usually wait for my vehicle and it is ready at the time suggested or before.
"Friendly, helpful, and accomodating" When my car needs service I know I can count on BMW of Bloomfield. The service department is always friendly and accomodating to my schedule. I can get a lift to work or a loaner without any issues while my car is being fixed. They've also been great about handling all my warranty paperwork. I feel like I am treated like family when I need to come in.
"maintenance" it was a very good experienced to maintenance my car in BMW of Bloomfield, the service is very good and satisfied. I will buy another car from BMW of Bloomfield when I need in the future.
"I trust Bloomfield BMW " I have developed a close relationship with the Bloomfield BMW dealership. Over the years, they have performed work on prior cars and most recently my recently purchased BMW. I trust their work and they have always been transparent with me. I have had some issues with them but I remain as a loyal client because they were honest and resolved my concerns.
"Unplanned Urgent Service" Traveling in NJ from MA on business. Blew a run flat tire on RT 95 at 5pm. Called nearest BMW dealer (Bloomfield BMW) and they immediately took me in, replaced my tire and had me on my way within 2 hrs.
"Meeting my needs with class" My financial consraints this time around were challenging but bloomfied and bobby kaufman went out of their way to not only meet my needs but give me something to be happy about . First class service and always attentative and caring
"i8 service" My service advisor was excellent, as always. I have been a customer of this dealership Since 2000. Dave keeps me continuing to come back for my vehicles. I’m on my 8th BZmw from this dealership!
