"The Best" Everybody treated me fair and my sales person William was great with helping me out with little details that I did not understand. They also help me understand the warrantee and what I can do to extend my warranty.I like the fact that he didn’t beat around the bush about the car I was buying and that got my respect.Great job!!
"Service review" I recommend BMW owners to do service at BMW of Bloomfield. The customer service is good, they're doing great work. they check you to make sure if everything is ok.
"An enjoyable experience." My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that an otherwise dreaded car shopping visit turned out to be enjoyable. Our salesman, Raphael was knowledgable, courteous and wonderful to deal with. He made us feel comfortable and worked hard to get a deal that was what we wanted. I would definitely do business with him again and will definitely refer Him and Bloomfield BMW to anyone I know looking for a great deal on a BMW.
"Service and brakes" The service was Very thorough. This survey is annoying tho. That i have to type atleast 25 words. Again very thorough and good service. End.
"Great" Excellent. More counsel on m performance parts. Actually this 25 words min is annoying and you need to fix or I will make up something that’s not real.
