"Long process but excellent service" My X5 is only 5 months old, but the SOS Emergency light malfunctioned. Bloomfield BMW had to keep my vehicle for several days to determine the cause of the malfunction. The service team wanted to be sure they correctly assessed and repaired the issue. Fortunately I had a new X1 loaner during the time my vehicle was being repaired. Additionally, my service advisor kept me informed with several status updates. Good, thorough service.
