"Repair" David Ferreira is the absolute best. He gives exceptional customer service and I always feel confident knowing he's taking care of my care needs.

"Routine service and body work" Several routine service items and minor body work repair were handled expertly and efficiently from initial consultation with service rep, Ahron Silvestri, notification of status of repairs, accuracy of charges and quality of work performed.
"Convenient hours and quick turnaround" I appreciated the fact that I could drop off the vehicle and 8pm and also pick it up at 8pm. One part needed to be ordered but still the job was done in less than two days. Very easy to work with staff, who constantly kept me appraised of status. Expensive but hey, its a BMW.
"Bmw of bloomfield service and Dave are great" Had my m4 recently serviced with Dave Ferreira. He was great, responsive, and took care of all of my needs. I won't be going anywhere else to service my bmw. Thanks again Dave, Sean

"Purchase of 2018 BMW i3 BEV" Turned in a used 2014 i3 and purchased a brand new 2018 i3. Very pleased with price and with level of service and follow through from Chris and Bill. They made the process very seamless and I was able to get exactly the options I wanted. I was also pleased with their level of commitment to the EV space. Unlike a lot of dealers where electric cars (and EV buyers) are still not really respected, Chris and Bill were clearly familiar with the product offerings and were equally passionate.
