"Excellent Customer Service" I asked Hilario some questions, and he went above and beyond to answer them. He went into specifics for me, so I had a greater understanding.
"Excellent place to buy a BMW - See Bobby for the best servic" Bobby Kaufman was wonderful - made everything very easy. No stress at all. Felt like my hand was being held by a friend the whole time. Bobby is the best, I got a great car. I'll be back when its time to buy again.

"check engine light" Willia DaSilva was my Service Advisor and he made sure that my 525xi service experience exceeded my expectations. I had a check engine light come on and of course when I got to the dealership it was off, but William had the service team find and fix the issue. When William followed up with me the next day, a different check engine light issue came on and he was able to get me in to drop off the car and had a loaner car waiting for me. Thanks Will
