"Maintenance." It was a routine service. The Bloomfield BMW Center provided a very friendly, professional and prompt service. Compared with other BMW center within 10 miles, like Springfield Center, Bloomfield is three times better.
"Review " Great price. Bobby helped me out through the entire process. There was no hard sell. Will go back there again for my other car sometime.
"Routine service" Excellent courteous service done in a timely professional manner. Everyone in the service department was friendly and very helpful. I was very happy with the overall experience. Mr. Hilario Soares was especially helpful in coordinating the service and informing me of it's completion.
"Great Service!" Took my X3 in for service the other day. I sat with Hilario. He took EXCELLENT care of me from the moment I drove in. He explained in detail the process at the dealership and what work would be performed on the vehicle. He kept me well informed throughout the work. Since my visit I have already recommended BMW of Bloomfield and Hilario specifically to many friends and family.
