"Review of service " Overall experience is good but with room to improve. If I could have my car washed after service like other dealer did would be great!
"Service Call" The required service had already been performed on an earlier visit. The Service light had illuminated on the instrument panel. It needed to be turned off. It was done quickly, conveniently, and without appointment.
"Excellent Service" Excellent customer service!! Ahron was fantastic, he addressed all of my service needs and delivered exceptional service. They also provided a loaner - and turned it Ari nd quickly.
"Leased new BMW" The ease of use for leasing a new vehicle (BMW 320I) was MUCH better then either Toyota and Mercedes who I had dealt with in the past!

"In and out within about an hour!!!" I scheduled the appointment as the reminder came up on my car that it was due for service. I truly appreciated the fact that no one tried to sell me additional service other than what I came in for. I do realize at times cars may be due for certain things that owners might not be aware of but it was nice to just come in have the car serviced and be on my way in about an hour.
"Great job" Fast service. Everything was done as expected. Corey was pleasure to work with. He was able to expedite the service, which was much appreciated since I had to get back to work. He kept me informed in the process. You can't ask for more.
"Great service " My salesman Sam Shehata was patient with me and delivered on all of his promises. Great service all around from start to finish from him and the staff. Very friendly environment. I look forward to my future at BMW Bloomfield.
"Plesant." First time for service needed on my new car. Not disappointed at all. I wish they have more loaner cars so I don't have to wait even with a Lyft ride, which is more of hassle for me than waiting.
