I had a very positive experience at BMW of Bridgeport. My advisor, Ramon Felix was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the car, and very attentive. He went above and beyond! Victoria Warner the business Manager was very accommodating and made the process extremely smooth! A few days after I took delivery of my new car there was a gas smell and I brought the car in. The first class service from Carl Decarvalho and the entire service team was very refreshing! They had the car fixed and back to me within 24 hours!

From the moment I walked into BMW of Bridgeport, I was met and given 5 star service by my Client Advisor (Vincent Ruocco) and his sales manager (Tony Ferreone). Vincent made the sales process as seamless as possible. Moreover, his level of knowledge about the product line is 2nd to none. From the moment I requested assistance in learning about specific cars I was interested in, David Baylis made the experience absolutely enjoyable and worthwhile. His attention to my needs and intentions to answer all of my technical questions were second to none. I have been searching for a BMW 436i X drive convertible and found just the car I was looking for at BMW of Bridgewater. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, it had been fueled and detailed. The process went very smoothly from my interaction with the sales person, Tajh Harvey, through the finalizing of the financing with Ozzy. The time spent by the Guru John in reviewing all of the features of the car was extremely valuable, as this was my first BMW.

Got my car a year ago and although there were intial issues at delivery the follow up and customer service has been awesome JOhn O always makes sure i get taken care if and the service dept and transportaion mager are also top notch Yeaterday the service dept gladly gave my car a once over in orep for a riad trip i was taking

Purchased a CPO 2013 528xi recently. Great team of professionals. My sales person, David Baylis, is tremendously knowledgable about BMWs and provided excellent customer service. On pick-up, the financing paperwork process was straightforward and importantly the time spent by Anthony reviewing in detail all of the features of my new car was extremely helpful.
