Kurt was an excellent salesman and went above and beyond to help us get the best deal. He was very helpful and great with communicating back and forth. Everyone at the BMW of Bridgeport did a wonderful job helping us feel welcomed and guiding me through the process of finding the perfect car that I was looking for. I am extremely happy and have already recommended this dealership to a few friends! I will definitely be coming back in the future too.
As dealership service departments go, Bridgeport BMW has been very good. They are accommodating and willing to be price competitive when routine maintenance is needed. But, as with any organization today, 'Caveat Emptor' and keep an eye on them. BTW, the coffee is pretty good.
I had priced BMWs at several dealerships and approached Bridgeport late in the process. At that stage I knew exactly what I wanted and had thoroughly researched the price. Jason acknowledged this right away and pulled no surpises in delivering the car on time and on the price they had agreed to. This is my second purchase at BMW of Bridgeport. I was pleased with the service. I would buy another car there because they really did a great job.
Kurt was very professional and not very pushy as other salesman that I had dealt in the past. Kurt was able to find a car that match almost my exact requirements on the lot and I was able to pick it up a couple hours later the same day after we agreed on a price. I would recommend Kurt to anybody that is looking to purchase a BMW in the future.
